Vitamin Supplements For Dogs

Is your Spaniel looking a little down, lethargic or just plain dozy ?
The chances are that he or she is not getting sufficient of the daily requirement of vitamins and minerals
that he or she needs to fulfil an active healthy life.

Some vitamins and minerals exist naturally in fruit and vegetables and meat is of course the natural food for a dog.

When your dog gets older, some natural illnesses and ailments take longer to heal .Some additional vitamins and Minerals may be called for.
Folic Acid and Vitamin supplements can help but you should always remember that is is downright dangerous to feed a do vitamins and supplemnts designed for human beings.

The results could be catastrophic for your pet and I would suggest that you only buy supplements designed for the body weight of your pet (different sizes of dog need different amount of supplements)

If you are in doubt about what to give your Spaniel, consult your vet who will be pleased to advise you.
Use only dog vitamins and dog minerals.
Generally speaking, puppies do NOT need vitamin or mineral supplements unless they have been ill.

Never give puppies supplements without consulting a vet.
